Downloading contacts in CSV broken ...

The redirect after I put in the "Are you a real person?" answer sends
me to:

http://contacts.csv/?cs=answer

I think this is broken. I'm a web developer so I think there is a lot
more to the URL than there should be here. :-p

Anyhow, thought someone would like to know.
