Installation of Joeffice and bring product to life

I was wondering how you were able to download and install JOEFFICE? I have hired a couple of developers to bring this product back to life. Any help would be awesome.

 Activity and interesse has been quite low on this project the last few years. 

 But this is not an abandoned project, I am planning to bring an update this year. Any help/contribution is welcome. See https://www.joeffice.org for more details.
