how to uninstall joeffice?

I have just downloaded and installed joeffice, and then found that my java wasn't of a higher value. I've now upgraded my java and want to uninstall joeffice, so that i can install with the higher java. But, how do I uninstall it please?

I forgot to say that this is the Linux version on Debian testing.

Hi were you able to download and install it.? I have hired a couple of developers to bring this product back to life. Any help would be awesome.
