Insert JOOScript in the very beginning before header

Is there any possibility to insert script before the header in the very beginning of the document? It should not be in the header but before it so as the data in the script would be accessible throughout the document including the headers. 
All the pages of document should have a header and there should not be any blank pages in the beginning. 
Is this somehow possible? Thanks!
