How it is possible to change the charset when converting to HTML?

Did you read the FAQ, and if so did you check if there's a way to set
the charset in OOo?

In any case, as long as the HTML declares which charset it's using,
browsers should be able to display the page correctly.

Yes, the problem, as i founded, was not with jodconverter.
