Hi, I'm new to JODConverter. I can find just one post discussing the
document-formats.js file in this group. How does this file affect the
working of JODConverter? I couldn't find any documentation anywhere
describing the syntax and settings of this file.

And must I put this file in the classpath of any java application that
uses JODConverter?

Thanks.

The document-formats.js file provides a way to customize formats and
options, e.g. PDF options. It's not required, by default JODConverter
will use its predefined DefaultDocumentFormatRegistry. You can use it
by passing the -r switch to the command line tool, or using the
JsonDocumentFormatRegistry class in Java code.

Filter names and options declared in the file are those used by
OpenOffice.org. A list of filters can be found at
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Framework/Article/Filter

Kind regards

Mirko
