I went to Simply Thai Restaurant in Ajijic yesterday. Kinna, the owner and chef, had just spent 4 days preparing Peking Duck. It is quite a complicated process, and well worth all the effort. It was SUPERB. She has prepared more, and on Monday Dec. 16th
the Peking Duck will be the featured special of the day.. Don't miss this rare treat.
It is truly wonderful.
Simply Thai is diagonally across from the Lake Chapala Society on Ramon Carona.
