Run Jozi - Location Scouting

Saturday, March 17

2:00pm until 8pm (testing lighing setups in Newtown in the evening if it's clear enough)

This is a location scouting walk/drive event to find good vantage points in preparation.

I'll be at the Market Theatre parking at 2pm tomorrow whether it's raining or not. Parking entrance is on Miriam Makeba Street between Carr and Bree Streets. Reach me on 083 645 1542 if you have any hassles.

Photowalk Jozi - Night Photography

Wednesday, March 21
5:00pm until 11:30pm

We're going to take advantage of the Run Jozi night race on Wednesday 21 March (Human Rights day). The race starts at 19h00 and a fabulous opportunity for us to join and take night time photographs.
The 10km route passes many historical landmarks including Constitution Hill, Luthuli House, Carlton Centre, Ponte and Nelson Mandela Bridge.
 We'll post details on good vantage points after the location scouting event taking place on Saturday 17 March. 

 

Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day
29 April.
We're going to hold a few workshops in April to make pinhole camera's in preparation of this day.

Also in the pipeline: a photowalk to Heidelberg, Wits, a river walk, Botsbelo cultural village. Other suggestions most welcome.
