JobTracker 0.15-beta Released!

Finally, after long after-work-hours (late-nights), I have come with
another release for the JobTracker project.

Here are some of the issues taken care of:

Fixed issues:
- Add better retry process to datastore operations
- Task timeline showing delayed for finished tasks
- Disable ChangeLog on Datastore
- Infinite refresh on Google Chrome
- Fixed bug in end date display for task edit.
- Fixed invalid data for graph rendering (throwing TypeError
exceptions).
- Added/Improved features:

Added auto-complete suggest for job input on Yourself tab.
- Add real time counter to main page
- Improved reports page to display only the queried data.
- Fixed issue with user domain in test environment (does not require
valid domain).
- Improved error page (debug mode).
