4.1 release and more development

I've released 4.1 since it has been working flawlessly in production for ages now. We've also embarked on ambitious new development. Firstly we are upgrading to Rails 4 to order to escape the EOL rails 3.x we are on.
Secondly a bunch of new features are being thought about: https://github.com/ari/jobsworth/wiki/Development-planning
If you have opinions of what would help jobsworth to be a better tool, let's talk about them now!
Most of my goals are around planning, milestones, estimates and forecasts. Perhaps even a new gantt chart that is rather more useful.
