Hello,

Accreo Romania is the Romanian branch of Accreo, an European consultancy
firm located in Warsaw, Poland, specialised in providing European Advisory
Services to companies. The company is active in supporting global companies
developing Foreign Direct Investment Projects, negotiating state aid packages,
preparing public aid proceedings before public administration bodies,
structuring business plans and feasibility studies.

For our client's fast growing advisory services company located in
Bucharest we are seeking for: Personal Assistant to the Country Manager

who will act as his first point of contact with people from both inside and
outside the organization, assist in running day-to-day duties and coordinating
variety of business related projects.
Her/His duties will include:
        * providing  comprehensive and personal assistance to Manager;
        * preparing  documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
        * coordinating  calendars and arranging meetings;
        * providing  effective secretarial support to other executives if needed;
        * arranging  travels and internal/external meetings;
        * organizing and  attending meetings and ensuring the Manager is well-prepared
for  meetings;
        * preparing  agendas, presentations and other materials for meetings and
ensures  logistics service;
        * preparing  minutes from meetings;
        * liaising with  clients and other staff;
        * managing the  necessary office maintenance issues;
        * controlling  document and information flow;
        * ad hoc duties.
Knowledge & Skills required:
        * excellent  English communication skills, both verbal and written;
        * university  graduate, educational background in economy or finance
will be an
        advantage;
        * computing  skills at advanced level; proficiency in the use of Word, Power
        Point , Outlook and Excel;
        * initiative and  energy in performance; positive attitude with "can
do" approach;
        * very good  organizational skills and ability to work under time pressure;
        * reliable,  thorough, well-mannered, punctual;
        * an awareness of  the importance of confidentiality with the ability to
demonstrate  discretion and diplomacy;
        * able to work  independently, proactive, self-motivated,
        * a team player  and client oriented.
