Client Solutions Manager
The Role:
As a client solutions manager for BlueLabs, you will occupy a unique role that combines creativity, analytics, management, a fast-paced environment, and continuously interacting with multiple clients--and all in the effort to make the world better. Our client solutions managers identify and engage prospective clients, help identify the best and most cost-effective analytics and technological solutions to meet their needs, and then support them through the proposal and contract process. They are proactive and energetic, have excellent statistical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills, and are able to multitask under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- You will help lead prospective clients from the initial contact through the proposal and contract stages
- You will identify analytics and technological solutions to meet the needs of prospective clients
- You will write proposals for prospective clients
- You will coordinate projects and brainstorm solutions with our analytics, technology, and data teams
- You will identify new prospective clients and strategic partners and engage them
- You will create and carry out client presentations
You probably have:
- A bachelor’s degree in political science, economics, math, statistics, physics, or another major with strong quantitative emphasis
- Very strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for building relationships
- Strong writing skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts and processes in everyday language
- A knack for finding elegant, creative, and cost-effective analytic solutions to complex problems
- Experience working with multiple projects under tight deadlines
You may also have:
- Experience collecting and analyzing quantitative data
- Experience working in sales or other client-facing jobs
- Experience building and managing long-term relationships for an organization, campaign, or firm
- Experience working for a technology, data, analytics, or political consulting firm
- A demonstrated passion for making the world better
- A strong network of contacts in one or more areas of client development including politics, non-profits, corporate, and government
