Mobilization Director (Field / Relational / Social) - Pam Keith Campaign

We are seeking is seeking a highly motivated, passionate and talented Mobilization Director for our toss-up congressional race. The Mobilization Manager will report directly to the Campaign Manager. This position can be remote.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a digital organizing program that supports the Organizing Team in meeting out voter contact goals
Manage voter contact programs; includes strategic use of digital organizing tools, including but not limited to: Phonebanking, P2P, relational organizing, digital volunteer management and event tools, and community organizing on social media platforms
Work with Organizing Team to develop distributed volunteer management program
Train organizers, volunteers, and staff on digital organizing tools and tactics
Maintain relationships with volunteers and volunteer communities on digital channels
Propose new tactics and platforms to connect with volunteers and voters in the state
Write copy for text messages, social media and manage digital volunteer recruitment tools, including events and volunteer form pages
- Skills & Qualifications
At least one cycle of digital organizing experience
Experience building, managing, and growing teams
Experience writing for an organization or candidate on digital platforms preferred
Goals-oriented and self-disciplined; able to meet tight deadlines and multitask
Experience writing and delivering trainings
Creative and experimental; willing to throw things at the wall to see what sticks

Collaborative; a team player who’s excited to work with others to get the job done
A people person; willing and excited to directly manage and work with volunteers
