Field Director

Zach Iscol for New York—New York, NY

 

Zach Iscol is seeking a field director to join his team of top-notch talent. The position will offer competitive salary and benefits package. This is a full-time, exempt position that requires non-traditional hours including nights and weekends. This position is based in New York City, but staff will be teleworking to comply with the CDC Guidelines due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Responsibilities

·         Develop and implement a field and petition signature plan

·         Oversee a paid canvass program or paid canvass field consultant

·         Hire and manage a team of field organizers  

·         Coordinate with the campaign manager and the rest of the team

 

Experience and Skills

·         Minimum of 3 cycles of campaign experience in field, including positions overseeing staff and preferably working with paid canvass

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         Willingness to work long and non-traditional hours to attend evening and weekend events and meet deadlines

 

Salary Range

·         $6,000 to $8,000 per month, depending on experience

·         Health care is available.
