A competitive City Council District race is looking for exceptional Field Organizers to conduct voter outreach in the Korean community. This will include registering voters, organizing house meetings, working with Korean Media, building our volunteer network, overseeing Phone Banks and canvasses, and a multitude of significant voter contact pivotal to the campaign. You will be the face of the Campaign in this portion of the district. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door politically and gain valuable experience above and beyond what is normally experienced by a Field Organizer.

Skills and Qualifications

*Korean/Eng Speakers preferred.

Candidates must have:

*Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and creatively problem-solve;

*Strong interpersonal and listening skills and be team player

*Candidates must be self-motivated and willing to work evenings and weekend

*Candidates must have the ability to communicate with diverse communities and local leadership

*Must be able to travel across assigned organizing region

*Flexibility  and a strong interest in and commitment to politics are musts
