Hiring Field Organizers Immediately (Northern Virginia/Fairfax County)

A progressive first time candidate is seeking highly-motivated individuals to join their Field Team from now until the June 11th Democratic Primary with potential to stay on until the General Election.

Schedule and Pay: Hiring immediately, temporary position through Democratic Primary and General Election.

Pay: $3,200- $3,500 per month based on experience and time commitment.

Hours: 20-40 hours per week, with shifts available daily

Employment type: Part-Time or Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Canvassing voters via door-to-door knocking
• Phone-banking voters to promote our campaign
• Community Event attendance to inform voters
• Volunteer recruitment and training
• Promoting campaign events to voters

Skills

• Communication Skills
• Community Outreach skills
• NGP VAN Familiarity is helpful but not necessary
• Canvassing Experience is helpful but not necessary
