VA House Campaign Managers

[VA House Dems]

The Virginia House Democratic Caucus is seeking applicants for campaign managers on House of Delegates races.

 

Applicants should have experience as a campaign manager or at least two cycles as a finance or field director.

 

Applicant should have knowledge and ability regarding the following:

- writing and implementing an aggressive campaign plan.

- establishing and meeting fundraising goals.

- managing an aggressive field plan.

- working alongside first time candidates to manage their time effectively.

- knowledge of NGP and VAN.

- working with consultants to produce paid media.

 

A successful applicant will be prepared to work campaign hours, often times involving weekends and late nights.  Having a familiarity with Virginia politics is preferred.  Races are located throughout the Commonwealth, re-location to the district is required for a successful applicant.
