NC Congressional Race seeking Finance Director

A targeted race with a competitive primary is searching for a qualified Finance Director to start by January. We are looking for diverse hires for a team that is attempting to elect the first African American woman to the seat. This race will be headquartered in Raleigh, NC.



Duties will include but not be limited to

Creation, Management, and Oversight of Campaign Finance Plan

Working with Campaign Manager to Ensure Goals are Met

Updating and Projecting Campaign Cash Flow

Hiring and Managing Finance Staff

Call Time Management and Establishing Call Time Plan

Managing Relationships with Established Donors

Prospecting and Building New Donor Relationships

Updating and Working with Regional Directors for DCCC & EMILY's List

Setting up and Managing In-District & National Fundraising Events


Required Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·

Highly organized and attention to detail

Team player interested in learning and communicating on campaign team

Access to reliable transportation, computer, and cell phone

Proficiency with Act Blue, Microsoft Excel, & NGP Prior experience targeting and researching contributors
