Seeking Full-Time Finance Director on a Baltimore race. 

Looking tor someone with a can-do attitude and a work ethic that is second to none.  

Responsibilities include:

  *   Write and execute all aspects of a finance plan - including call time, finance committee, events, low dollar fundraising.
  *   Set quarterly, monthly and weekly finance goals
  *   Manage finance staff (Interns, volunteers) 
  *   Work with the manager to coordinate plan with cash flow and modify as needed
  *   Staff candidate at finance related events as necessary
  *   Identify new donor prospects
  *   Manage prospect and donor follow-up
  *   Write all campaign solicitations - both mail and online appeals

Qualifications:

  *   Must have at least one cycle of previous fundraising experience
  *   Willing to work full-time and relocate immediately if needed.  (consultants need not apply)
  *   Impeccable attention to detail and follow-up
  *   Well-organized and able to multi-task
  *   Working knowledge of NGP
