High-Profile Race in Virginia Seeking GOTV Director

Help us get out the vote in Northern Virginia for a high profile House of Delegates race! We are seeking a full-time GOTV director to start ASAP and help through the June 11th primary.

We are looking for a someone who is personable, likes to knock doors and talk to voters, and is passionate about electing progressives. 

Candidates can begin immediately and work through mid-June. After that, it is up to candidate whether they would like to stay on with the campaign through November. 

Duties include:

- Organize volunteers and elected officials to maximize voter outreach

- Knocking on Doors 

- Writing to Voters Reminding them to Vote

- Staff canvasses and distribute turf to ensure that goals are met

- Use direct voter contact strategies to increase Democratic turnout 

- Ensure that all runs smoothly during GOTV dry runs and final GOTV

Experience as a field director, organizer, or other field support role is preferred, but not required.

Position Type: Full-time 

Salary: Commensurate with experience
