Statewide Deputy Finance Director
Statewide Campaign
Top tier gubernatorial campaign is seeking a Deputy Finance Director to join our growing team. The Deputy Finance Director will report directly to the Finance Director and will play an integral role in the campaign’s robust fundraising operation.
Duties include:
· Candidate Call Time Preparation, Follow Up and Execution
· Detailed Donor Research
· Planning and executing low, medium, and high dollar fundraiser events
· Support the Finance Director in finance strategy
· Coordination of event notifications, pledge follow-ups and collection
· Creative input into fundraising development over the lifetime of the campaign
· Help manage and execute the candidate’s daily schedule
· Accompanying the candidate to events and meetings in the district to capture and create digital content
Qualifications:
· Willing to relocate for the position
· At least 1 cycle of finance experience
· Must have strong written and oral communication skills
· The ideal candidate will be versed in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ActBlue, and NGP
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent time management skills
· Ability to manage several tasks/projects at the same time
· Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation: competitive salary will be offered to candidates
