[JOBS] Part-time Paid Canvassing to Fight Mass Incarceration- Sacramento CA

I'm hiring for a few short term social justice canvassing positions with PICO California. Our office is located in downtown Sacramento, close to public transit. Canvass will run from April 13th to April 26th, at least 30 to 15 hours a week, several shift options available.

We are gathering petition signatures to place two initiatives on the ballot in the November. No fundraising.

• Make a big impact in a short period of time and reform the criminal justice system
  
• Make $15 an hour with flexible scheduling options
  
• Gain the in-the-field experience working in a grassroots organization
  
• Meet fellow activists in Sacramento
  

If you have a passion for social justice and changing society so it works for EVERYONE, you should apply even if you aren't familiar with the political process or have canvassing experience. Background and training will be provided.

• Outgoing
  
• Available to work at least 15 hours from April 13th to April 26th
  
• At least 18 years old
