Campaign Manager wanted for competitive Denver-area state legislative race

OVERVIEW:

A candidate in a highly-competitive state legislative race in Denver, Colorado seeks a CAMPAIGN MANAGER.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Field or Finance Director looking to take the next step in their career.  This race has the potential to have a significant budget, and is a great opportunity to win a tough contest in a battleground state.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Revising and executing finance and compliance programs, including call time and donor research

Building and maintaining political coalitions and relationships

Implementing earned communications strategy, including media relations and social media

Design and execute voter contact and GOTV strategies

Identifying and working with consulting team on overall campaign plan implementation

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous campaign experience – those with field and/or fundraising experience strongly encouraged to apply

Strong work ethic, including willingness to put in long hours and meet deadlines

Strong writing, analysis, research and communications skills

Experience with NGP and VAN

Experience organizing in communities of color a strong plus

 

SALARY:

Negotiable and commensurate with experience
