Iowa Congressional Campaign Seeking Highly Motivated Field Director

An Iowa Congressional Campaign is seeking a field director to manage a full data driven field program in Southwestern Iowa.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Two cycles of experience working in field on a Democratic campaign.
  
• Experience managing field organizers and an internship program
  
• Significant experience working with Votebuilder
  
• Ability to lead a team in a highly stressful environment to ensure goals are met
  
• Reliable and consistent transportation and a laptop
  

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Creation and implementation of a comprehensive data driven field program
  
• Hire field staff and create internship program
  
• Manage field staff and day to day operation of field program
  
• Ensure that the field program meets all goals and deadlines
  
• Work with local stakeholders to engage communities throughout the district
