Statewide Ballot Measure Seeks Finance Staff

Competitive Ballot Measure campaign in the Northeast is compiling resumes for finance positions. We are looking for a wide range of experience from Senior, Junior and entry level positions. The finance staff will execute and manage all fundraising activities that may include (but not be limited to) low and high dollar events, donor prospecting and research, online fundraising, email and direct mail programs. The selected applicants will build and maintain relationships, and be responsible for direct solicitations from state and local donors through multiple channels and mediums.  

We seek experienced fundraisers who will be aggressive innovators of new ideas, approaches, and opportunities to raise the necessary funds.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years/cycles fundraising experience – political preferred;
  
• Prior experience with targeting contributors and follow up management;
  
• Ability to manage details and stay on top of multiple tasks, large and small, at once
  
• Social media skills;
  
• Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills – the ability to speak persuasively in a charged atmosphere;
  
• Effective computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and NGP;
  
• Must have a sense of humor and get along with others.
