Position Overview:
The New Hampshire GOTV Director oversees all aspects of the GOTV program to ensure delegate maximization is achieved statewide. The ideal candidate will work with the National Data Team to develop the necessary tools for GOTV program in each region of New Hampshire as well as tracking delegate allocations throughout the campaign. The GOTV Director will also work closely with State Director and New Hampshire Organizing Director to ensure that the Organizing program is running robust trainings, reporting, and logistical systems in order to win on Election day. The position reports to the State Director.
This person will:
- Design, implement and maintain GOTV reporting docs and election night trackers.
- Develop a statewide,region-specific plan for GOTV.
- Create and manage multiple timelines, guidelines, operating procedures, staff reporting structures and all facets of GOTV.
- Work with the operations team to ensure that all GOTV merchandise, training materials, literature, and swag are delivered on a timely basis.
- Work with the training team to support and train all staff, volunteers, and staging location captains on all GOTV operations.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Required 3 cycles of campaign experience. At least one in New Hampshire.
- Expert level experience with excel, google sheets and votebuilder.
- Knowledge of New Hampshire politics, history, and demographics.
- Experience working in GOTV.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Union organizing experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure, and run a detail-orientated program.
