Field Director for competitive, county-wide, progressive DA race in upstate NY

Seeking an experienced field director to implement and manage aggressive field plan

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Develop and implement comprehensive field plan 

Coordinate early voting strategy

Coordinate GOTV efforts

Recruit and manage volunteers

Provide volunteer training

Facilitate canvasses, phonebanks and other field activities 

Coordinate with town and county committees and other local campaigns

Manage VAN data and develop targeted voter contact universes

Qualifications:

At least 1 cycle as field director, or 3 cycles of organizing experience

Expert-level proficiency with VAN

Able to work long hours

Reliable transportation

Highly organized, energetic and capable of motivating volunteers

Able to manage large quantities of data

Start Date: May 15

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
