Western Conservation Foundation (WCF) is hiring a Financial Operations & Compliance Director to advance our mission of changing the Western conservation, climate, and advocacy landscape. 

This Denver-based role is responsible for overseeing approximately $20M in budgets across WCF and its affiliated 501(c)(4), Western Conservation Action (WCA). Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial operations of a robust grantmaking program, supporting the leadership team and Board in creating and managing the annual budget, implementing strong compliance processes, leading fiscal oversight and internal controls and administering HR and benefits systems. 

WCF and WCA have seen significant growth in the last five years, and this role is an outstanding opportunity for someone who wants a hands-on leadership role in an innovative, effective, growing multi-million dollar operation in the conservation and climate arena.
