Finance Staffer - Manhattan DA 2021 (June 2021 Primary)
Candidate is running on a bold decarceral platform and seeking finance staffer to help her take on the system, get her message out, and win. Looking for a dedicated, motivated, fighter prepared to join the campaign’s fundraising efforts. The job is currently open and preference will be given to applicants who can start immediately.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on electoral campaigns - preferably in fundraising – and have a good attitude and sense of humor.
Looking to fill position as soon as possible.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the Call Time program, including all donor prospecting and research.
- See through high and low dollar events from recruitment to completion.
- Provide detailed weekly fundraising reports to the candidate, senior staff, and consulting team.
- Staff the candidate at events when needed
Qualifications
- One cycle working as a staff member of a municipal, state, or Federal campaign preferred but finance experience not required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and quickly change focus
- Work extended hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
