Finance Assistant

 

Top-Tier Midwest statewide campaign is seeking a finance team member to help raise money for a highly competitive race.

 

Overall Responsibilities

 

The overall responsibility of the Finance Assistant will be to prepare call sheets, build fundraising events, perform call time follow up, database maintenance, prepare event materials, travel for events, and assist the finance director with other tasks.

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s Degree and 1 cycle of finance experience as staff or finance intern

Effective computer skills, including Microsoft Office

NGP experience

Excellent verbal and written skills – the ability to speak persuasively

Ability to manage details and stay on top of multiple tasks

Excellent time management skills and ability to pay attention to detail
