Seeking a full time Finance Assistant for a competitive congressional campaign in the Central Florida area. Self-starters preferred with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities Include

• Managing daily call time (preparation, staffing candidate, double dialing, follow up)
• Managing donor research operation
• Tracking pledge follow up
• Staffing fundraising events
• Staffing candidate as needed
• Working alongside the Finance Director to meet fundraising goals
• Assisting with managing intern team

Qualifications

• Fundraising experience preferred but not required
• Experience with NGP VAN a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Access to reliable transportation
• Willingness to work campaign hours (irregular hours, nights and weekends)

Salary is commensurate with experience. This is a perfect opportunity for recent college graduates and young professionals who want to gain campaign experience on a competitive race.
