Dunton Consulting, LLC specializes in running person to person outreach for political campaigns and community organizations. Our field operations are essential to every campaign, as we use tried and true methods of communication. We strive to develop leaders who can build canvass teams from scratch and deliver real results on the ground.

Canvass Directors need to have strong communication and motivational skills, a good work ethic, be a team player with proven leadership skills and an ability to handle a lot of responsibility. Previous field management or canvassing experience allows you to relate to canvasser and navigate situations with ease. Salary is negotiable and based on experience and references.

Responsibilities:

·        Recruitment

·        Expenses reporting

·        Vehicle and Equipment Management

·        Supervise office staff

·        Nightly reporting

·        Daily training and Downloading

Requirements:

·        Driver’s License

·        Working Laptop

·        Willing to travel 

·        At least 2 years of Campaign/Field Management Experience

Clean Slate Baltimore is hiring a PAID CANVASS DIRECTOR to manage a high volume canvass program in Baltimore City. Qualified candidates must have experience managing all aspects of a successful door-to-door program including hiring, training, tracking and data management. This is a temporary, full-time position. Specific Duties Include: • Recruit, hire and train a large team of canvassers • Oversee daily canvass operations and management of staff • Implement daily monitoring/tracking to maintain integrity of data/program • Manage and evaluate performance of canvassers  • Manage data validation and entry process • Schedule and maintain canvasser payroll and other HR tasks  • Daily reporting to senior team Qualifications: • Experience managing large canvass programs a must • Field training experience • Working knowledge of online database and field reporting systems • Proven track record of leadership under fire • Strong organizational skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Willing to work long hours and weekends • Must have your own computer and reliable transportation Must be available immediately.
