Finance Director for Maryland Congressional Elections

[CD Campaign]

We have an immediate opening for a full time Finance Director for the upcoming Congressional Elections (Primaries on February 4 and April 28) for Maryland CD-7 with the following qualifications/experience:

Qualifications/Experience:

• At least one cycle of Finance Director experience for a congressional or senate race, or multiple cycles as a Finance Assistant, or similar capacity.

• Thorough knowledge of NGP, ActBlue and other fundraising tools.

• Ability to excel in a high-stress, fast paced environment.

• Must be able to work campaign hours, including nights and weekends, as o when needed.
  

Responsibilities:

• Work with the candidate, campaign manager, and consultant team to set fundraising goals and implement finance plan.

• Manage candidate call-time.
  

• Plan and oversee all fundraising events.

• Manage donor relations.

• Coordinate with compliance firm.

• Work with Campaign Manager on cash flow and budget.

Compensation:

• Pay to commensurate with experience. Supporter Housing available.
