The Philip Levine Campaign for Governor is looking for a Field Organizer who is ready to be part of the political movement that is sweeping the state of Florida. We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful difference maker who will help us get Mayor Levine's message to the Voters. Mayor Levine wants to bring his experience as Mayor of Miami Beach to the Governor's mansion so that he can make a real difference in the lives of Floridians.

Organizers would be working out of our office in the Orlando metro area (Kissimmee FL).

Responsibilities include

• Recruiting, training, and managing a team of volunteer leaders to meet or exceed established field goals
• Meeting a robust daily reporting schedule of both hard and soft metrics
• Scheduling and executing outreach presentations at schools, colleges, local committees, and other community meetings to recruit volunteers
• Representing the campaign with diverse groups and constituencies across the state

Qualifications:

• Previous electoral experience a plus, but not required
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Spanish language ability a plus, but not required
• Ability to meet goals and reporting requirements on a daily basis under strict deadlines
• Affable personality, patience, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends
• Enthusiasm for electing Mayor Philip Levine as Governor.
