Ballot Access and Delegate Director
Inslee for America is seeking a Ballot Access and Delegate Director.
Position Summary: The Ballot Access and Delegate Director will develop and implement a plan to secure ballot access for the Inslee for America campaign. The Director will also develop and manage a plan to secure the delegates needed to win the Democratic nomination. The Director will develop and manage a plan for securing placement on each state’s primary ballot, for delegate outreach and recruitment and for aligning both efforts with primary states’ political plans. Additionally, the Director will manage the coordination of ballot access and delegate outreach with the Early States and Political Engagement teams. To succeed, the Ballot Access and Delegate Director will need to be self-motivated, experienced in campaign management, political outreach, legal research, field and grassroots organizing and staff management. The job duties are dynamic and will change as priorities and strategy evolves. Applicants with significant prior campaign experience and presidential campaign experience will be given preference.

Salary: Ranges between $7500 to $9000 per month, and is commensurate with experience.
Location: Job is based in Seattle, Washington. Travel for the position is required.
