 Location:Appleton, WI

Summary of essential job functions    Design and create email campaigns    Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements as needed    Ensure proper campaign tagging    Ensure mobile-friendly email templates   

Maintain email templates for consistency in look, feel and branding    Help to maintain proper email scheduling, user guides and standards of work    Report on email metrics as needed   

Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices for layout and subject line    Ensure proper testing for all devices    Perform A/B testing where appropriate    Assist with management of lists and audience segments

Minimum requirements   :
 Proven work experience in a Digital environment    Proven design skills    Exceptional communication and copy writing skills (both written and verbal)   
In-depth HTML and content management system experience    Analytical and process oriented    Experience with marketing automation software
Positive, self-motivated, with a desire to constantly search out ways of improving process and project
effectiveness Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics    Understanding of email list management and audience segmentation    CRM experience a plus
Knowledge/Skills required    3+ years of experience in email and digital marketing    Bachelor??s Degree in a related field    Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment    Strong attention to detail
