Field Organizers - Nevada Coordinated Campaign

The Nevada State Democratic Party is seeking aggressive organizers to
join a top tier Coordinated campaign. Candidates who we will be
campaigning for include a nationally watched US Senate challenger race
and a DCCC targeted Red to Blue Congressional campaign. This is one of
the most exciting campaign opportunities in the country this cycle in
an extremely competitive region, and an excellent opportunity to gain
valuable experience in a battleground swing state.

Job Description:
- Organizers will be responsible for recruitment and retention of
volunteers
- Engage in direct voter contact on behalf of our entire ticket
- Train and manage volunteers and interns to participate effectively
in direct voter contact
- Build relationships with volunteers and develop vols into leaders on
the campaign
- Work long hours and weekends
- Hit multiple daily and weekly goals for volunteer recruitment and
voter contact

Qualified applicants will:
- Have a great attitude and be willing to work long hours and weekends
through Election day
- Be outgoing, personable, and able to build meaningful relationships
with volunteers
- Be goal oriented and able to balance multiple priorities at once
- Take direction well and stay self motivated
- Work well under pressure in the most competitive region in the state
- Have a reliable car and laptop
