Field Directors for Dallas and Houston

Grant Martin Campaigns is hiring field directors for municipal races in Dallas (May) and Houston (November).

The ideal candidate will have at least:

·      Three cycles of campaign experience, including at least two cycles of field management experience (DFD, RFD)

·      Demonstrable experience writing a detailed, data-driven field plan

·      Demonstrable experience creating / managing volunteer and paid canvasses and intern programs

·      Demonstrable experience recruiting volunteers

·      Demonstrable experience leveraging social media and texting programs

·      Demonstrable experience managing data

·      Mastery of VAN

Houston and Harris County are sprawling metropolises – field directors must have a car.

These are full-time jobs with long hours. Salaries are commensurate with experience.
