RESPONSIBILITIES:

Regional GOTV Coordinators will help with the essential task of coordinating our GOTV operation with the field program and creating the structures that will allow us to mobilize our voters throughout New Hampshire. They will work with our Field Organizers to identify volunteers and outside organizations who they will then organize to create the physical infrastructure for GOTV canvass and phonebanking operations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, experience meeting deadlines, and the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously;

• Candidates will have experience leading teams and managing coalitions in a professional manner;

• Candidates will have at least one cycle of experience as a Regional Field Director on a statewide campaign or greater;

• Candidates will have a vehicle or other mode of transportation;

• The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge GOTV planning, a strong understanding of external organizing and have a familiarity with VAN, as well as Blue State Digital or another similar platform; and

• A good sense of humor and a strong interest in and commitment to the ideas of the Bernie 2016 campaign.
