Target Municipal in Philadelphia seeks Field Organizers

Targeted municipal campaign in Philadelphia seeks highly motivated team members to handle field operations and outreach.  Team members will gain broad experience with campaign management including community relationship building, event planning, and field targeting.  Experience needed includes prior field work, preferably at the municipal level, and community outreach.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong interpersonal skills, experience meeting deadlines, and the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously

· At least one cycles of campaign field experience

· Own a vehicle or other reliable mode of transportation

· Willing to work campaign hours

· Ability to support the finance, communications and political teams as needed

 

Salary commensurate with experience.
