Senator Tony Avella seeks a highly motivated District Representative to handle a large volume of constituent services in his high pressure, fast-paced office in Bayside, Queens. The candidate must possess excellent writing and verbal skills, be able to work well under pressure, maintain a good professional relationship with community leaders and handle multiple projects at a time.

Candidate will also be expected to represent the Senator at various evening and weekend meetings as needed. This is an excellent entry-level position within the government field.

Bachelor's Degree required.

Excellent benefits available. Knowledge of foreign languages a plus.
