A top-tier, Florida-based campaign is currently reviewing resumes for the position of Call Time Manager. This is a full-time position located in Sarasota, FL. Ideal candidates will have at least one cycle of campaign experience. An ideal candidate will be proficient in online research and a quick study of databases/software.
Responsibilities:
Call Time Management
Staff candidate during Call Time (CT)
Record, enter, & maintain call notes
Complete follow-up tasks, including but not limited to:
Pledge tracking
Follow-up outreach (email, mail, & phone)
Manage messages, call backs, & call order
Research
Research information on prospective campaign supporters
Data entry, organization, and maintenance
Miscellaneous
Letters of acknowledgment
