Position Title: Call Time Manager

Location: Kansas City, Kansas

Duration: Full Time

Position Summary:

• Call Time Manager will be with the candidate to assist him during call time.
• Looking for an organized person who can bring high energy to fundraising calls.
• You will be in charge of making sure that calls are ready, organized, and that Call Time stays on track.

As a Call Time Manager your role will include preparing call sheets and making sure there are enough for the day.  The ideal candidate will be organized with the sheets and keep calls coming so that we can stay focused and productive.  The individual will report to the Campaign Manager and is responsible for a number of specific tasks:

Responsibilities:

• Organize and prepare call sheets for potential donors
• Keep fundraising calls focused and on track
• Prepare donor research by analyzing and interpreting donation patterns
• Follow up with donors who requested one via email, hard copy, phone call, ect…
• Collaborate with the Campaign Manager on planning out what calls need to be made
• Review and create daily finance outlines that will be used by the team

• Strong commitment to progressive ideals
• Excellent commitment to details
• Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel and Google Docs
• Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions
• Strong multi-tasking skills and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change
