A Democratic field firm is hiring organizers and field directors for 2017 and 2018 elections.

Who We Are: We've been doing field for 20 years, we don't trust the people who say it can only move the needle a little bit. We think field is a craft, not a box to check on the way to another job.

What You'll Do: You'll deploy with our field teams to campaigns across the country to execute the field plan. Whether that's registering 50k new voters or doubling historic turnout in a critical constituency, you'll get it done from recruiting a team of canvassers to maintaining the integrity of the data.

Who's A Good Fit: You're a mechanic first and foremost. You see something broken, make a plan to fix it, and execute that plan. More specifically:

• 3-5 years of campaign experience for Field Directors / 0-2 years for Organizers.
  
• You learn fast and adapt faster.
  
• You've got a computer and a valid driver's license.
  
• Campaign hours don't scare you.
  
• You want to win and you want to get better.

Additionally those applying for a Field Director position should:

• Know their way around the VAN.
  
• Know what good and bad targeting look like.
  
• Have some experience budgeting.
