Position Description

The Call Time Manager will report to the Finance Director. He or she will gain experience in learning how to structure a fundraising operation. 

Duties and Responsibilities

·  Oversee all aspects of call time

·  Complete call time follow up and outstanding pledge chasing

·  Prepare call logs 

·  Research donors

·  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

·  Previous campaign fundraising experience preferred

·  Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and NGP preferred

·  Experience in a fast-paced campaign atmosphere

·  Commitment to progressive movement and ideals

·  Strong multitasking skills necessary
