Tom Palzewicz, a first-time candidate, is looking for a finance director for a high-profile campaign for Congress in suburban Milwaukee. The position is available immediately. 

 

Responsibilities: 

·       Overseeing the development and execution of a comprehensive fundraising plan including donor research, data management, direct asks, online mail and event fundraising, and support for candidate call time.

·       Manage day-to-day call-time schedule and fundraising activities of the campaign and candidate.

·       Help to execute ongoing social media and email communications plan, including overseeing maintenance of email lists, social media accounts, and running of a basic digital program, with the help of a digital firm. 

Interested candidates must possess the following qualifications:

·       At least 1 cycle of campaign experience.

·       Well-organized and strong commitment to detail.

·       Excellent leadership and people management skills.

·       Experience with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, NGP/VAN, data management, and social media tools.

·       Previous campaign fundraising experience preferred.

·       Ability to work to work full-time campaign hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
