Position: Campaign Manager The Maryland Democratic Senate Caucus Committee is seeking Campaign Managers to lead campaign efforts in targeted districts for the 2026 election cycle. The role involves building and executing aggressive and effective campaigns to retain and expand the Democratic majority in the Maryland Senate. Key responsibilities include overseeing field operations, recruiting and training volunteers, staffing events, assisting with fundraising, managing social media, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring the campaign stays on budget. The ideal candidate will have at least one cycle of campaign experience (internship or fellowship experience also considered), strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. Knowledge of campaign tools like VoteBuilder, NGP, and Mobilize is a plus. The position offers a yearly salary of $60,000 and a competitive benefits package.
