Organizer Qualifications

• Self-starter with great time management and organization skills.

• Ability to motivate and train volunteers.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially listening skills and excellent communication skills.

• Interest in working in a collaborative, supportive team environment.

• Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation ideal.

• Passionate about progressive values

Organizer Responsibilities

• Direct voter contact including walking a shift/day and daily DVC calls

• Scheduling 1 on 1s with new potential volunteers

• Owning a geographical area for the campaign and leading DVC in the area assigned
