Campaign Staffer - Nassau County, NY

Democratic candidate in Nassau County, NY seeks Campaign Staffer to work on top-tier race this year. This is the perfect position for someone who wants to get their start in New York politics. The Campaign Staffer will work with the finance team and campaign manager and serve as a utility player who can fill in for other areas of the campaign as appropriate.

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities include:

• Organize candidate’s schedule

• Upkeep and maintenance of campaign database, including donor information and prospective donor research

• Input daily contributions

• Manage call time sessions

• Staff candidate at events and meetings

• Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed

Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced campaign environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Access to a car is highly recommended. Prior campaign experience is encouraged but not necessary.
