Job Summary:

Julián for the Future (the Campaign) is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven and qualified individual to serve as New Hampshire Political Director. The New Hampshire Political Director will be responsible for coordinating outreach to people and communities in order to keep the goals of the campaign aligned with those of the community. This position is based in New Hampshire and is eligible for comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance. Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Working closely with both our National Political Director and State Director to implement our strategy
• Collaborating with other members of the state team to create events, meetings, and other activities that advance the message of the campaign
• Listening to and responding to community needs and expectations
• Work to increase the visibility of the Campaign on the ground

Candidates should have at least two cycles of campaign experience, preferably with one cycle in a political role. Previous experience in New Hampshire is strongly preferred. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, an entrepreneurial spirit, instinct for creative problem-solving and a good humored and collegial approach to working with other staff, volunteers and other stakeholders.
